Return and Exchange Policy

In case of damaged or tempered packaging, damaged product or wrong product received during delivery please call our customer care at +91 8369167657 or email us with the picture of packaging / product at rangdupattas@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the product is intact and if not, we will issue the replacement. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. As we don't have any pick up policy so YOU HAVE TO SHIP IT BACK ON YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

Apart from condition mentioned above, the following return orders won't be entertained. 

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  • There will be NO return or exchange on the basis of your dislike, or/and colour issue of the product. As all pictures are taken in natural day light they might appear different. WE DO NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE ON THAT BASIS.
  • No Exchange on Sale items.

  • Cancellation once the order is placed is not allowed.
